Cuttings are live matter and  you must plant them as soon as possible. Once the cuttings are out of the freezer they must be planted…soon

Do not return any cuttings that did not grow, Just let me know, I will send you new ones.

If your trees die within a year I will replace them.

While the post office does not insure any trees or cuttings, if you never received them, all I can do is send them to you again.
