Go to a search engine such as Google (http://www.google.com) and do a search on

certified loggers ohio

Change "ohio" to your state name

This search will bring many hits, among them there will be a government list of loggers with addresses and phone numbers. I tried it with about 15 states, and it found the list every time. In Maine alone, there are 2300 loggers.
Every list may look different, but the information is accurate and up to date.
