Free Seeds |

Last year I had a bumper crop of silver maple. I collected several pounds of seeds and I am willing to share them with you if you can use them. I will send you a handfull (about 50) but if you can use more, just ask. These seeds can be planted right away if you have a greenhouse, otherwise, put them in a sealed plastic bag and stick them in your refrigerator until Spring when you can take them out and plant them. I also have a lot of Purple Cone Flower (Echinacea) seeds. I have not removed them from the flowers, so, you will get a flower (about 150 seeds) unless you ask for more. These seeds need to be stratified to start growing. Place them in your refrigerator in a sealed plastic bag to prevent dehydration until the Spring when you can plant them outdoors or in containers. If you plant early enough, you will get flowers the same year. I am including these free seeds with any order that is shipped from Pennsylvania "PA" items. That is the only way you can get them.
