Yes, you can still participate in this giveaway, the postage will be higher, it costs me 4.52 to mail you the cuttings, so you have to send at least that amount. You can use PayPal if you have, PaypPal is in many countries including the UK, Australia, Portugal, Brazil to name a few, or use Western Union which has offices in every country in the world
Before you send any money be sure the cuttings are going to grow where you are. You must be in zones 2 thru 11 and 5.000 ft or lower in altitude. I have tried these trees at 10,000 ft. and they just don't grow.
