BASKETRY WILLOWS

I am starting a small collection of basketry willows for those of you who like to do weaving or experiment with them. I have so far 4 willows that are specially adapted to weaving and living walls:

Salix Miyabeaum - , From Japan. Grows to 20 ft.
Salix Smithiana - Chosen for its abilities to take Scions - Grows to 30 ft.
Salix Triandra -From England Also called Black Maul Willow, grows to 30 ft.
Salix discolor - Dappled Willow (Hakuro Nishiki) very long, slender branches that can reach 10 ft. each

All these cuttings are available in very small quantities this year, I hope to have much larger quantities next year.
